Ingredients
1 kg zucchini
4 eggs
6 tbsp yogurt
6 tbsp flour (heaped)
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 bunch of dill and parsley
1/4 tsp soda
pepper, salt

Method
Beat the eggs and add to the yogurt with baking soda, flour and the oil. Mix well. Add zucchini (grated, slightly salted and drained), the feta cheese, dill, parsley, salt and pepper. Bake in moderate oven in a greased baking pan with a diameter of 26 cm. Serve chilled.
