Fried fish with garlic and cheese

Ingredients
600 g fish fillet
flour batter
3-4 cloves garlic
cheese (processed cheese or other cheese)
sunflower oil for frying
# For marinade:
1 onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
salt, pepper, dill
1 bay leaf
the juice of 1/2 lemon

Method
The fish is cut into portions, onions cut into crescents. All the ingredients for the marinade mix. Fish marinate at least 1 hour. Then add some flour and fry on both sides until golden brown. 2-3 minutes before it was ready, each portion put the smashed garlic and immediately above a piece of cheese (cheese). Reduce heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and wait for the feta cheese to melt.

In the heat I do not fried and made it baked. Blend garlic mingled to paste a simple cheese and I cast on pieces of fish.

Again I made this recipe and baked again:) A healthy and without the smell of fish in the kitchen! :)
