Ingredients
500 g peel
6 eggs
2 cup yogurt
1 cup flour
400 g butter
400 g feta cheese or 500 g cottage cheese
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
When peels are dry prior to turn in a damp cloth. The butter melts. In a large bowl with mixer whisk the eggs, yogurt, the feta cheese (the cottage cheese), half of the melted butter, flour and baking soda. Spread the egg mixture on each sheet individually, which is rolled using a nylon or cloth. The banitsa are arranged in a circle, starting from the medium tray in advance must be greased with sunflower oil, because the butter tan. Top watered with the remaining melted butter. quite perky and juicy seems. And what made it peel pie?

I used peel lightly browned on sach. 9 units were in the package. Thickness are just like pastry from a time that is sold in paper package. But it is with normal pastry. Only put 1 tablespoon less stuffing that 3-4 count more, and sizes smaller.
