Ingredients
4 courgettes
400 g minced meat
4 tsp sunflower oil
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
1 tsp cumin and savory
1 cup tomato paste
salt and pepper

Method
Heat the sunflower oil in fry briefly clove garlic. Add onion and green pepper, stirring 2-3 minutes to soften. Add the minced meat - posolyavam and seasoning with pepper, cumin and savory. To put the minced meat and the inside of the zucchini. After obtaining the desired color is added minced meat tomato puree and simmer over low heat until thickened. While cooled stuffing, prepare and courgettes. Sectioned 5-6 cm tall and is carved inside them, using a small spoon. Pan baking pan and arrange zucchini.
