Roasted peppers with vinegar and sunflower oil

Ingredients
10 peppers
8 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
salt
parsley
2 cloves garlic

Method
Wash peppers, arrange in a baking dish and bake. when they are ready put them in a plastic bag to stew. Stay 10 minutes and then peel. Optional can be removed seed. Beat the vinegar, the oil, salt and garlic cloves cut into small cubes. Add parsley and peppers. Leave to stand for 30 minutes. Great garnish for meat BBQ, meatballs, hamburgers BBQ.

Classic :) So I do them :) note of them tested because I have done many times. Sometimes leave them whole, and sometimes cut them into strips.
