Ingredients
40 g walnuts
1 banana
juice of 1 orange
1 tbsp coconut butter
3-4 ice cubes of coconut milk
coconut decoration
2 cup spring or mineral water

Method
Soak the walnuts the night in water and in the morning January drain and rinse. Also the night before, then prepare coconut ice cubes, beating the blender with coconut water and strain which this coconut milk. Pour milk into ice trays and store in the freezer. Of course, if you want to freeze ready and coconut milk. Beat in the blender for about 2 minutes the walnuts with two glasses of water. Add other products without coconut and blend for 2 minutes. Garnish with shavings. * Shake is a calorie, healthy and very fresh, suitable for breakfast. Shake is suitable for vegans, as it contains no animal products.

Shake precisely meets the name - and fresh food :) Blend everything except the ice tonight and not sparkle in the early morning, before going out only let ledchetata in the bottle. Slightly less water put to more densely and my coconut oil seems stuck in the foam stiffened slightly, but was not a problem. Great healthy breakfast, thanks for the recipe.
