Ingredients
30 g walnuts
2 tbsp hemp seed
30 g dried cranberries
40 g raspberries
40 g blueberries
40 g frozen or fresh strawberries
1 and 1/2 cup mineral or spring water
optional - 1 tbsp coconut butter

Method
Beat the water with hemp seed and soaked the night before walnuts in a blender for 2 minutes. Add other products and beat for 2-3 minutes. * Shake is so aromatic that it needs sweetening.
