Soup of green beans

Ingredients
3 hands (750 g) green beans
2 heads (100 g) onion
2 (100 g) red tomatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1/2 tsp (3 g) red pepper
pepper
parsley
salt

Method
In preheated oil were added and sauté the onion, finely chopped, flour and red pepper, beans cut into pieces and chopped tomatoes and garlic. Add 6 cups hot water and salt to taste. Broth boil until vegetables soften. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
