Fried green tomatoes with eggs

Ingredients
5-6 green tomatoes pickled
6 eggs
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces with a knife or a food processor. In a suitable container pour the oil and add the tomatoes. Fry until water evaporates which they have placed. Then the eggs are broken and mixed well. Fry until thickened. The dish can be eaten cold. * If tomatoes are salted to requiring the prior several times with hot water. Must be nice to eat, ie normal saline.
