Chicken gizzards with cream sauce

Ingredients
about 1 kg chicken gizzards
300 g mushrooms
5 tbsp sour cream
60 g butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cup broth - can and boiling gizzards
salt
pepper
parsley optional
1 onion

Method
Gizzards are cooked. Stews in the butter onions, mushrooms and cooked and chopped gizzards. Stew is about 10 minutes and add the broth. As a boil add the fuzzy flour with a little water and thicken a little cream added. Allow to boil for about 5 minutes and seasoned with pepper and salt. Optional add chopped parsley.
