Stew of chicken with prunes

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 heads (250 g) onion
3-4 (250 g) red tomatoes
2 cup (300 g) prunes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 tsp (10 g) sugar
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
salt

Method
Chicken is cleaned, washed and cut into pieces, then Fry lightly in fat. To it consistently add chopped onion, peeled and chopped tomatoes, red pepper, 2-3 cups hot water and salt to taste. When the meat is tender, add pre-soaked in water plums, and when boiled plums, add toasted and fuzzy flour with a little water and sugar. After ten minutes the dish is removed from the fire.

The most delicious meal I've eaten cooked by my grandmother! (The best cook in the world - God rest her soul). -Day cooked especially for my daughter, with small differences in your recipe - I might cook without sugar (plums are already pretty sweet) and add black pepper and bay leaf. It is very tasty - try!
