Meatballs with mozzarella

Ingredients
500 g beef
1 tsp dried basil
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped olives
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 egg
200 g feta cheese mozzarella
2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
Method
Minced meat stir very well with basil, parsley, finely chopped onions, olives, garlic and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Formed into 8 balls in the middle of which is placed on a piece of mozzarella. Flattened and pressed lightly in flour. Bake on both sides in a frying pan, lightly oiled or fried in 5 tbsp sunflower oil.
