Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
300 g cheese
300 g ham
1 egg
spices for optional - savory, salt, pepper, parsley
# breading:
flour
egg
breadcrumbs
Method
Knead the minced meat with spices and then split in two. In pan roll out one half and a good snuggle. Top range cheese, cut into thin pieces. Cheese on the ham and arrange half of the minced meat, as good snuggle. Cut into squares or rectangular pieces. Each of the pieces oval in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in heated, but not strong fat.
