250 ml water
250 g sugar
250 g milk
6 tbsp cocoa
125 g butter

Sugar and water put the fire until melted sugar, then add the butter. Dry mixed milk and chocolate and are passed through a sieve. Then fresh water, which melted the butter, cocoa is added to a light stream while stirring continuously to avoid becoming marbles.
