Fricassee with lettuce and onions

Ingredients
1 kg lamb
8 onions
3 lettuce
anise
​​ butter
2 eggs
2 lemons
pepper, salt
Method
Cut the meat into portions and fry in butter. Cut the onion and add to the meat. Sprinkle with salt, make up some water and let it boil. Then add clean and cut lettuce, anise, pepper and salt, sandwiching with a lid and cook on low heat. Finally Beat eggs with two tablespoons of water, add lemon juice and sauce dish, stir and pour in court.

is too strong anise-added should be placed sparingly. And - anise would never put in dish. / Only in mastica -hihihi. /
