Ingredients
1.5 kg lamb
3 links onion
2 links mint
1 lemon
80 g butter
thyme, rosemary, sage, turmeric, garlic powder
salt, pepper
2 -3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp paprika
1 cup rice

Method
Lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, thyme, sage, rosemary, salt and pepper mixed in a bowl. Lamb wash and dry. Spread good with spices and left to rest overnight in the refrigerator. Of lemon juice meat becomes very tender and flavorful. Chives and mint finely and put in a clay stew (can be baked in glass pot or tray foil, but the most delicious place in an earthen vessel). Lamb is placed on them, sprinkle with pieces of butter and pour 2 cups hot water. Close the lid and bake in moderate oven for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, place well wash the rice, pour 1-2 cups hot water again and bake 20-30 minutes under the lid.

ready spice dissolved in lemon juice and olive oil and so covered meat. Otherwise put in eating when cooking stew. And try to make vegetable dish of spinach or other ... The green though there are lamb inside ... guests will have to look for it :) I like it this much spice. This company is Plovdiv and has pretty good podpravki- chicken, potatoes, fish, beans for ... is still a matter of taste.

Very well received lamb so! The recipe is extra! Today naobed all liked it! Even added a bunch of fresh garlic and lovage, and for marinade and basil! It happened BOMB! :)
