Ingredients
1 bunch green onions
2 eggs
1/2 lemon
250 g basmati rice
5-6 tbsp olive oil
salt
Method
The eggs are broken and fry omelet that cut into julienne. Onion stew in olive oil, add the rice and fry until translucent, pour the required amount of water, lemon juice and salt it. Boil until ready rice. Serve in bowls suitable as the top rank omelette strips, decorate with pieces of tomato.
