Fish soup in Gornooryahovski

Ingredients
300 g river fish
1 (50 g) carrots
1/2 head (30 g) celery
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
3 (150 g) red tomatoes
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
5 chili peppers
lemon 1
2 sprigs thyme
pepper
salt

Method
The fish is cut into pieces, add salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and thyme, cover with grated tomatoes and allowed to stand for 30 minutes. In boiling salted water placed chopped onions and carrots, celery, cut into cubes, pepper and peppers. When the vegetables soften, add the fish with vegetable oil and boil for 15-20 minutes. Soup after its removal from the fire sprinkle with pepper. Serve with slices of lemon.

I make fish soup in this way, but carrots and chili peppers replay with Sivria. As a spice and put lovage.
