Ingredients
1 kg chops (cutlets, neck)
500 g mushrooms
300 g processed cheese (or smoked)
200 ml cream
1 cup white wine
1 cup flour
pepper, salt

Method
Chops are crushed, salting and rolled in flour. In a deep dish put order steaks, order mushrooms and smoked feta cheese, rasim with pepper and again chops, mushrooms, feta cheese, and top with cream pour the diluted white wine. Cover with the lid and bake in a moderate oven for about an hour and a half.
