Ingredients
          500 g fine sheet
          2 onions
          1 kg beef
          2 eggs
          2 roasted eggplant, peeled
          1 tsp black pepper
              Method
              Onions fry until golden, then add the minced meat and roasted eggplant, salt and pepper, all this stew. When the mixture is ready, remove from heat and add two eggs.   In the pre-oiled pan rank half sheet, pour the mixture and cover with the rest of the sheet. Top smeared with yolk Bake in the oven between 150-160 C for 30 minutes before baking, cut into pieces.
