Spectacular zucchini

Ingredients
5 zucchini
5 eggs
250 g feta cheese
100 g cottage cheese
200 ml milk
1/4 bunch of dill
1 tsp salt
50 ml sunflower oil
3 scallions
150 g grated cheese
3 sprigs fresh parsley

Method
Courgettes are washed and cleaned at both ends. Cut lengthwise into thin slices. Taken along the internal slices that resemble a rectangle. Four eggs are tapping into a plastic bowl. The feta cheese is crushed very finely. Add the cottage cheese, dill and green feathers onion, chopped very finely. Mix stuffing until a uniform mixture. Take a slice of zucchini, put it 1 tsp tablespoon of filling. Turn at the roll and the end is pinned with a toothpick. Finished rolls are arranged in a baking pan. Pour 150 ml water and 50 ml sunflower oil. Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes. Remove and pour with 1 beaten egg with 200 ml milk and 3 sprigs of chopped fresh parsley. Top sprinkle grated cheese. Crisp returns for browning in the oven. As turn pink top and crusted baked ready. Serve cold. Separate the single rolls.

zucchini slices may be slightly blanched in boiling water to soften a little and easily be wound into rolls.

gold, thank you for the great recipe! I tried to wind the rolls raw, but I did them grilled. Easily rolled and then rearranged them in the pan directly put their topping. Became a big yummy. Easy and fast!
