Ingredients
1 liter of milk
200 g sugar
70 g corn starch
1 cup water
Method
Milk is put into a deep fireproof container on the stove and add to it sugar. Separately, mix water and cornstarch and beat with a mixer. When milk boiling, this mixture is poured into it while stirring continuously. Allow to boil until pudding thickens. The bottom of the trays cream caramel put a little sugar, then they are placed on the stove or in the oven to caramelized sugar. Then they pour the milk pudding and when cool, trays turn and poured into the serving dish.

This pleased me like a cheap version of the custard.

I think that the recipe has a small gap of some ingredients ... here it is correct (I think) and upload a photo of the recipe :) 1 liter milk
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons rice flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
