Ingredients
250 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp salt
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
egg for egg wash

Method
Of the products soft dough is kneaded. Allow to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator. With greased hands make balls the size of your choice. Arrange in a baking dish covered with paper. Smeared with beaten egg. Bake at 200 C for about 20 minutes until light brown.
