Roasted feta cheese in herb crust

Ingredients
1 kg fresh feta cheese, feta cheese or ricotta fine fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp fresh thyme or savory
2 tbsp fresh rosemary
2 tbsp fresh oregano
3 tbsp fresh mazganoz
3 tbsp onion
2 cloves garlic
5 tbsp olive oil Extra Virgin
1 tsp ground black pepper
salt (optional)
Method
The feta cheese is drained and dried by the remaining moisture. Put it in a suitable container for baking. Chopped herbs, pressed garlic and pepper mix. They cover the feta cheese, sprinkle olive oil, container covered with foil and leave for 6 hours in refrigerator. Once absorbed aromas fthe oil is removed and the feta cheese bake in preheated oven at 220 C for 30 minutes. Fresh herbs can be replaced with dry, but the amount is reduced by 2/3.
