Pumpkin cream

Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin
3 eggs
2 and 1/2 cup (500 ml) milk
1 cup (200 g) chopped walnuts
pinch of salt
sugar
little cinnamon
vanilla

Method
Pumpkin Peel and cut into pieces, which are arranged in a baking dish, add salt lightly and sprinkle with cinnamon. After standing for about 1 hour, pour the egg-milk mixture, sweetened to taste and flavored with vanilla. After baking, sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

may be ordered before the pumpkin in the baking pan to caramelized sugar and bathe baking pan and then line up the pieces of pumpkin.
