Cake with almonds

Ingredients
140 g ground almonds
140 g butter
140 g brown sugar
140 g flour with bulking
2 eggs
1 ampoule vanilla
250 g or 180 g blackberry jam, blackberry

Method
Are heated oven to 170 C. Namaslyava shape with detachable bottom (18-20 cm), dusted with almonds and flour. Beat well eggs, sugar, soft butter, ground almonds and flour. Add vanilla extract and mix. Pour half the mixture into the mold and cover with blackberries or jam. Cover with the other half of the mixture, smooths and sprinkle with almonds. Bake 50-60 minutes until golden. Cool and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar. Very well received and with ice-cream, and with sour cream.

only to ask: samonadigashtoto flour there you have it in Bulgaria and which firma- producer?

There is - say it with flour raising agent. Can be used white flour with a little added baking powder.
