Ingredients
1 kg puff pastry
3 eggs
4-5 tbsp Mushrooms
4-5 tbsp canned peas
2 tomatoes
4 tbsp cottage cheese
1 carrot
salt
cumin
Method
Spread half defrosted dough in a lightly greased baking dish with butter. Top evenly distributed mixture of chopped mushrooms, carrot, tomatoes, the cottage cheese and peas. Pour with two beaten eggs, seasoned with a little cumin and salt. Cover with the other crust dough on top is coated with beaten egg, sprinkle with cumin and bake for 15-20 minutes at 220 C.
