Method
Minced meat formed into small cutlets or meatballs. Onion cut into very small pieces. Mushrooms cut and fry. On each schnitzel or meatball put a little onion, 1-2 pieces of mushrooms and cover sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven until ready.

I made them in aluminum molds for cakes and put one in the middle yaitse - before you sprinkle them with kashlaval. Became strehotni!
