Ingredients
1/2 lettuce
1/2 radicchio (red chicory)
1/2 Chinese cabbage
1/2 iceberg lettuce
1 carrot
10 cherry tomatoes
10 olives
1/2 onion
400 g canned beans
salt, pepper
in 2-3 tbsp olive oil and lemon juice

Method
Wash all salads, dry and shred them for presentation in court. Clean carrot wash and grate in large pieces. Cut onions rings. Drain the beans from the can and pour over salad. In a small bowl, prepare dressing: 2-3 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 tbsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, or both, salt and pepper. Pour over salad mix well. Wash cherry domatchetata and decorate with olives.
