Fried snail shells

Ingredients
snail shells
1 egg
flour
pikantina or other spices of your choice
sunflower oil
Method
Rapana venosa immersed in boiling water for no more than a minute or two. Then washed and cut into slices or slices. Flavored with pikantina. Leave for a while, the longer, the better. Dip in breading of egg and flour and fry until golden.

I love seafood! I will put an assessment as shells and find them prepared. I guess it's like fried clams and I know what they are wonderful appetizer, secure and Rapana venosa will come into favorite recipes.
