Ingredients
12-15 (1 kg) peppers
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
10 cloves of garlic
1 cup (200 ml) tomato juice
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
1/2 bunch parsley
salt

Method
Peppers, pre-washed and dried, fried in fat until browned, then arrange on a plate. In the same oil fry about 1 minute cloves of garlic. Add tomato juice with vinegar and boil 1 minute. With the resulting sauce, salted to taste, pour the pod. Top sprinkle chopped parsley. Serve cold.

For summer is perfect this recipe. I personally put in a little cumin sauce.
Instead of tomato juice, fry finely chopped tomatoes. Remain almost as fat, put crushed garlic. Very good recipe.
