Ingredients
1 kg peppers
500 g tomatoes
1 onion
1 tsp red pepper
salt
pepper
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Peppers Wash, dry and fry in Heat the sunflower oil. Remove and leave to cool. Chop the onion finely and fry in the same fat. Add the red pepper, then - cut into chunks peppers and tomatoes, also chopped. The mixture is stirred well and simmer. Finally add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Optional dish may be seasoned with crushed garlic and chopped parsley.
