Method
Base: In a bowl, smash the peeled and sliced bananas with brown sugar and add to eggs, milk and liqueur (pins colada). Stir gently with a mixer. In a separate bowl sift flour, baking powder and nutmeg. To these are added the butter and mixed wheat flour. Mix everything well with the banana mixture. Spoon into the tin 40x40 cm. Heat oven to 160 C and bake 50-60 minutes. Remove the cake and cool. Divide into two halves. Filling: Peel the bananas and smash into a saucepan. Add powdered sugar, the butter and lemon juice. The mixture was stirred over low heat about 5 minutes, until melted the butter. Between the two parts of the cake is placed banana filling. frosting, icing sugar, orange juice and liqueur mix in a bowl until smooth mixture. Pour glaze over cake and sprinkle with nuts. When glaze asked to cut the cake into squares or triangles. * I did not make the glaze, because it seemed too sweet cake, so top it spreads to the rest of the banana filling. The recipe for the cake - no sugar in the same quantities of products I've made banana waffles, the dough is allowed to stand for about 30 minutes, then bake waffles.
