Napoleon ready peel

Ingredients
500 g fine filo pastry
125 g butter
cream - of your choice
2 egg whites
2 tbsp sugar
3-4 tbsp sugar to caramelize
Method
Both egg whites are broken down by sugar until white. Caramelize is 3/4 tbsp sugar was gradually added to the egg white, while stirring with a mixer. The butter melts. Bake peel sprinkled with the butter and divide in two. In a pan alternate sheet, cream, pastry cream to finish the products. At the top is coated with egg whites and sprinkle with walnuts. Put it in the refrigerator to set. I do make a homemade cream or cream Dr. Oetker-vanilla.

I think long to do something but if you can become a little soft cake-like crust is cream-peel cream.

It is not soft because you do not syrup and then add the cream. Of course do not have to overdo it with the cream.

I am also making such a cream cake, but with puff pastry cream and cream - it splendor.
