Trout in bacon

Ingredients
2 fish trout
2 tsp olive oil
1 lemon
300 g bacon
2 slices of lemon to decorate
2-3 sprigs of dill
salt, pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned well and interior sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Lemon cut and placed inside the trout. Bacon cut into long thin strips and wrap them around the fish for fixing can be used toothpicks. Bake in pre-heated dry Teflon pan for about 5 minutes on each side. The fish is served warm, decorated with lemon and dill.

Nelly, raw bacon or smoked to use? And if you happen to other fish?

gigi. 2000, with smoked bacon is can try with other fish, of course, generally trout is suhichka and it is delicious that way. I've seen and mackerel cooked so. There are variations of this recipe except bacon wrapped with vine leaves, but it I have not tried yet, they say it is delicious.
