Muffins with cornmeal

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup cornmeal
1 and 1/2 cup white flour
1 cup crumbled cheese

Method
In the set sequence stir with a fork products (such as baking soda dissolved in yogurt). The feta cheese is added finally. Prepared dough slightly thicker than that of a cake. Distribute in shapes that are filled to 2/3 of their volume and bake in preheated oven at 180 g for about 20 minutes. Note: Instead of feta cheese in the dough can be put 4 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa and vanilla 1.

option and make salt are great :) just be careful with soda :)

and I forgot to add that my fat is a mixture of oil and oil :)

just try them very delicious lunch and then will try and sweet version

twice already do them in salty variyant. Very tasty! Soon we'll try and sweet muffins!
