Ingredients
400-500 g minced meat
5-6 red peppers
2 onions
1 and 1/2 cup rice
4 and 1/2 cup water or vegetable broth, or a mixture of water and white wine
1 handful herbs optional
salt, pepper
1 hot pepper, optional

Method
In about 50 ml sunflower oil fry the minced meat and onions, cut into strips until onions soften and become minced meat of large crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Add the peppers, cut into strips, and green herbs. If you will put chili pepper, put also at this stage. Stews in a slight softening of the pod. In the pan put the liquid together with the washed rice, minced meat is transferred to the pan, stir and cook with lid (or foil) to fully absorb the liquid. Serve with yoghurt with garlic or other cold milk-based sauce. In the recipe itself may also put garlic.

The sauce is not yellowish and greenish, this is exactly the crushed Ramsons:-) Put Ramsons, yoghurt, salt and pepper in a big bowl and puree. Then allowed to stand several hours. I bought some curves peppers, where not going to fill and I thought of this recipe. I added a carrot and tomato to the mix. I used brown rice. Very quick and easy to prepare recipe. The taste is clear, it is as stuffed peppers - excellent. I apologize for the poor quality of the pictures.
