Ingredients
400 g of pasta - from large
250 g minced meat
15-20 fresh mushrooms
1 stalk leek
5-6 sklidki garlic
400-500 g of tomato juice
150 g chutney (home)
oregano, basil, salt
vegetable oil
150 g of cheese or feta cheese Parmesan
Method
Boil the macaroni. Separately, fry in a little oil chopped leeks and garlic. Add the minced meat. Once she is poluzaparzhena add chopped mushrooms. Pour a seasoning salt, oregano, basil and tomato juice added. As less water is evaporated add the chutney. After 5 minutes the mixture back off.
