Ingredients
1 head red beet
1/2 lemon
1 carrot
1 sour apple
200 g mayonnaise
some black olives
grated lemon peel
Method
Clean the beetroot, carrot and apple and them grated. Tampering with lemon juice and a pinch of grated lemon peel. Add mayonnaise. Stir the mixture and decorate with olives.
