Spicy rice with apples and meat

Ingredients
250 g of milled long grain rice
500 g chicken
apple 1
20 g sesame
parsley
turmeric, curry, salt
chilly
75 ml soy sauce
1/2 pm .ch. white wine
5 lumps of brown sugar

Method
The rice is cooked with a little while is almost ready and set aside. In a few tablespoons of sunflower oil, preferably in a Teflon pan, fry the sesame, turmeric, meat (diced) and chilli (finely chopped). Then add the brown sugar and apple, cut into small cubes. Once the meat is almost ready and apples pozaparzhat add wine. When it is reduced mixture is added to the rice, put it soy sauce and curry and boil on a hot plate for about 2 minutes, while stirring. Remove from heat and add chopped fresh parsley. Of apples not remain pieces, but leave a pleasant taste and aroma of the rice.
