Ingredients
          1 kg roasted peppers
          sunflower oil
          # For the filling:
          1 cup clean rice
          500 g minced meat
          1-2 carrots
          1 onion
          2 tbsp home. puree
          pepper, salt
          # TOPPING:
          3 eggs
          1 cup yogurt

          Method
              Clean the onions and carrots and cut them into in small pieces. Sauté in a little sunflower oil, until the onions become transparent, add the minced meat. Stir until the mince change color. Add the cleaned and washed rice and continue to choke. Add salt and pepper, tomato puree and 1 cup hot water. Dot and let it boil until the water boil off. Coat the bottom of the tray and insert a solid row of peppers. Put them on the filling and smooth. Top back cover with a thick layer of roasted peppers. Please! I hope you enjoy it with you :) I tried this yummy with a friend and was very surprised by the taste. It is very pleasant to the taste of roasted peppers and a breath of slightly smoky from chushchitsite, which may be characterized as roasted peppers were home.
