Grilled liver with

Ingredients
500 g veal liver
150-200 g smoked sausage (smoother)
Milk
2 onions
50-70 ml dry white wine
red pepper
pepper
dry spices
1 tsp tomato paste
2-3 tbsp cream
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
salt
Method
The liver is cleaned, washed and pour milk for 1 night. Onions cut into large rings, add the wine. Tomato paste, cream, spices, soy sauce, honey and salt are added and are creased so that the onion to release the juice and soft. It sounds very interesting! At home I'm the one who occasionally eat liver, but do prepare only one or two repetitive way. Of my people nobody smell. If you ever find supporters who to invite cancer, I tried this recipe different!
