Shrimp with rice

Ingredients
250-300 g shrimp
100-150 g rice
1 green pepper (pepper)
1 red pepper (pepper)
1 large carrot
100 ml tomato paste
100 g canned peas
70 ml olive oil
1 onion
salt
coloring or asafran

Method
I recommend the shrimp to take ready-cooked. In a large skillet in olive oil fry the peppers, onions and carrots which are pre-diced. When pozaparzhat add the rice and when he pozaparzhi add tomato puree, peas, coloring and shrimp, was added thereto and 800 ml water. After the mixture boil about 5-7 minutes, transferred to a tray. Bake on a preheated oven at 180C.

Why should I have precooked shrimp? Preparation time is more than enough for them to be cooked in the dish and give it flavor. Me a lot like the recipe, just got a new Iranian saffron, will fit great! Colorant, you are talking about is harmful, but I guess that already discussed, there is no general recipe :) Last night we were just shrimp, but nothing prevents soon to repeat :) Just tell me what rice use - for paeya ( Bomba, Senia) or basmati?
