Dumplings with apricots (Marilena-knyodel)

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 egg
20 g butter
1 cup (200 g) flour
apricots
sugar lumps
breadcrumbs

Method
Cooked, shredded potatoes, egg, fat and flour knead smooth dough, roll it well sprinkled with flour board to a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut into equal size squares in the center of each put 1 ripe apricot, in which the place of the stone is placed a lump of sugar, then quadrangles rolled to coat apricot. Shaped dumplings topped boiled in salted water until emerge. Once drained, rolled well in breadcrumbs, sprinkle with sugar and fry in a large amount of fat. Again, sprinkled with sugar and served hot.

From the dough with wet hands make small cakes, which put kaysiikite. Finished dumplings roll in advance fried breadcrumbs.
Prefer them cold / otherwise sour fruit /. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.

Apples with sugar and apricots sounds weird! Otherwise seem quite tempting!

There can be no apricots and this recipe can not be done in our family :) not ready dumplings sprinkled with powdered sugar, because mingled and cold fried breadcrumbs with brown sugar.

recipe I saw laborious, but the last shot beat me and I'm going to buy Kaisa. Looks very chic!
