Method
The feta cheese well crushed and mixed with smashed garlic cloves. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Peel eggplant cut lengthwise into slices and place half an hour in a deep bowl with salted water. Rinse well, dry and half rank in greased pan. (My improvisation: greased drained eggplant slices on both sides with sunflower oil and hansel new grill pan) and baked them on both sides). On them shall be allocated half of the garlic feta cheese, and top with the remaining gap is arranged pieces of eggplants. Then line up the bread and tomatoes on them is distributed half garlic feta cheese. dish pour the remaining sunflower oil and bake at 200C degrees for about an hour (when I was about 20-25 minutes because of a pre-baked fried eggplants). The finished dish is sprinkled with finely chopped herbs. Recipe is filled with small changes.

I liked the recipe and it just goes with the interpretation and in favorites. I guess eggplants are peeled.

Marinka, eggplants are peeled / write I / him :) They are to be fried or prepared in the original recipe. Who as it sees fit :)

It was very nice. Eggplant if fry takes quite fat, but I like improvisation given it baked on grill pan. The result was not so greasy but well cooked eggplant. I put dry basil and parsley. The combination of eggplant, tomato, cheese, garlic and basil is *For most wonderful.* Thank tillia for that recipe.

Marina, I'm glad that you tested the recipe and You obviously liked :) The picture looks very appetizing!
