Method
First of all I want to clarify that the amount of products is indicative and depends on the size of the pod. We start with the preparation of peppers: a longitudinal incision and carefully clip only the pod, so that the handle can remain pepper (pepper if ruptures along the more places do not worry). We leave them to drain and loans with stuffing. With a fork mash the feta cheese, add finely grated cheese, the oil and mix. And put the sliced ​​garlic, savory (pepper), albumen and (optional) diced smoked ham (or other sausage). Mix well the mixture. Roll out the puff pastry sheet with a thickness of 3-5 mm. Cut into strips 2 cm wide. In each pepper put the filling. Spiral entanglement strip of puff dough around pepper (wear s). So the prepared peppers put in a tray, covered with baking paper, spread with whipped egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven.
