First prepare the stuffing as follows: Boil the rice in salted water until ready. Fry the leeks and spinach is until tender. Remove from heat and add them to the cooked rice and salt. After filling cool spread on the bottom of the pan with a diameter of 26 cm. It was poured onto the dough for the pita, prepared in the following way: at first the yoghurt is added soda, then the salt, egg and the oil . Finally add the flour. A soft sticky dough by stirring with a spoon. Bake in preheated oven at 220C. Once cooled down the pita cut into pieces, which in turn served with stuffing up.

That bread is prepared and in my home, much like a home! The recipe is great!

I replaced with nettle and spinach dough crumbled cheese added. Many vkusnooo!

Wonderful pictures! Glad you liked it! And with nettle is very tasty. I have not put cheese in the dough, a nice idea - I'll try.

This time she had Peko cakes in shape and put stuffing in the middle.

mimetics, looks very appetizing!

in baking pan Do not put cooking oil and flour?

Only fawn with oil.

I do not paint with oil and sprinkle with flour, because in the first baking pan is put stuffing (and it has oil from fried leeks and spinach).
