Ingredients
1 kg pork
10 roasted red peppers
7-8 cloves garlic
3 tbsp oil
200 ml white wine
parsley
pepper
salt
bay leaf

Method
The meat is cut into pieces. Suffocating in fat, gradually pour white wine. When the meat is ready, add the bay leaf, garlic, sliced, peppers, cut into pieces, black pepper and salt. Allow to simmer. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
