Baked potato sprinkled with garlic and vinegar

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
5-6 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp vinegar
dill
salt
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Potatoes thoroughly wash, peel and curly cut with a knife slices. Add salt and pour the oil. Stir well. Distribute evenly in pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200C degrees C until soften. Remove the fthe oil and baked until golden. peeled garlic cloves Strain and mix with vinegar, finely chopped dill and salt. From this mixture, sprinkle the baked potatoes, cover again with fthe oil and left off a hot oven for 10-15 minutes to stew and absorb flavor. * Can be used as a garnish or vegan main dish.

Very tasty, do the same, but without vinegar. Happens with fried potatoes, sprinkle immediately after frying

Natalie, most often prepared with French fries. However, we prefer the above manner. Try and vinegar, I suppose that you will be satisfied. :)

Potatoes, potatoes, fries! :) I love them! So I bake them - only mixed with oil, but without salt (then at serving). Do not wrap with foil. Become crispy. Just stir them occasionally. But will try with this sauce already under foil. Thanks for the idea! :)
