Celery washed, cut into small pieces and mixed with chopped onions. Hard boiled egg grate finely grater, mix with mustard, salt, pepper, add drops of the oil, cream and vinegar. Celery pour the egg mixture and arrange around chopped tomatoes rings and diced beetroot.
